I'm home, finally. It was a really long day.

    Oh honey...listen, you have GOT to walk. Walk a bit after you take your pain meds. But a longish walk, like the length of two homes and back. That is the only thing that is going to get your gut moving (I'm a nurse, too). Try that 3 times a day.

    At least the damn gallbladder is gone.
